What you agree to.

By using this interface, you agree to these terms. Submitting a token launch confirms your agreement and acceptance of its permanent terms.

01

What this site is

lpTOKEN.fun is a non-custodial web interface, operated by the lpTOKEN.fun team, for smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. The deployed contract code is non-upgradeable and operates independently of this site. The Factory owner can update launch terms for future tokens, and the Treasury can rotate the protocol fee recipient. Neither can withdraw existing market principal or rewrite existing positions. The interface helps you construct transactions, which your own wallet signs and submits.

02

Non-custodial

The team never holds your assets, keys, or funds. There are no accounts, deposits, or balances on this site. You interact with the contracts directly from your wallet, and you alone control it.

03

Eligibility

By using this interface you represent that you are of legal age where you live, that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where using it is prohibited, and that you are not subject to sanctions or dealing on behalf of anyone who is. You are responsible for the legality of your use under the laws that apply to you.

04

Permissionless and curated markets

Anyone can launch a token and market through the permissionless launchpad. Existing external pools may be admitted by the team and marked as curated. Inclusion or a curated badge is not an endorsement, security review, or recommendation. Names, images, and links may be supplied by token creators.

05

Risk

Digital assets are volatile; you can lose the entire value of anything you buy, mint, or launch. lpTOKEN shares are a claim on a liquidity position: their value moves with the market, with pool composition, and with impermanent loss, and it is reduced by fees. Smart contracts can contain defects and can be exploited. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. A token launch is permanent: it cannot be cancelled, and launch liquidity cannot be withdrawn. Charts labeled as historical replays describe the past; they are not forecasts and not a promise of future results.

06

No advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Displayed figures — prices, NAV, APY, volumes — are estimates derived from on-chain data and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Verify on-chain before acting.

07

Fees

The contracts charge the fees they encode, including pool swap fees set per market and a share fee on public lpTOKEN mints and redeems. Fee parameters shown on the interface are read from the contracts. Network gas is always yours.

08

Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your transactions.

09

The interface is provided as is

The team makes no warranties of any kind: no guarantee that the interface is accurate, uninterrupted, or free of defects, and no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the team is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the interface or the contracts, including loss of assets, and its aggregate liability shall not exceed $100.

10

Changes

The team may update these terms; the date above changes when it does. Using the interface after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

11

Privacy

We do not require an account or ask for your name or email address. When you use the interface, we and our service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and public wallet address and blockchain activity. We use Google Analytics solely to measure and understand site traffic and usage. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and pseudonymous identifiers and may collect session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information; it does not provide us with raw IP addresses. Analytics data is retained according to our configured settings and Google's policies, while aggregated reports may be retained longer. Google processes this data under its Privacy Policy. The interface also communicates with public blockchain RPC providers and market-data providers, which may process network requests under their own policies. Wallet addresses and transactions recorded on public blockchains are permanently public. Token images submitted for launch are published to IPFS and may remain publicly available permanently. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
